Having now gone through everybit of evidence collected at the D-day tunnels investigation, nothing was found on the EVPs conducted , the video taken or the 500 photos taken.
The only bit of potetential evidence that MAY suggest paranormal, was from the thermal video that show a cold area where three of us witnessed a grey figure, so the thermal SHOULD have shown a hotspot IF it was a living person, but as there is no photo back up, it will have to remain a personal experience.

D day tunnels update-
At the start of the investigation, 9pm, barometric pressure was 1018.2 and didnt vary though out the night, finishing with 1017.5
Air temp was 14.3c in the tea area ,raising to 17.7c in the tunnels, ending with 11.0c in the tea area, so natural drop of temp.
Humidity at the start, in the tea area was 63.8 raising to 94.6 in the tunnels , and ending at 76.9 in the tea area, so if anyone felt they were being `touched` it wasnt due to humidity.
Myself, Marc and Rob, witnessed a figure in a grey top and hood, peek around a doorway in the tunnels from a distance, and when we went to investigate, there was NO where this figure could have gone without us seeing it move. What makes this of interest to us, is the fact, that we were running a thermal camera, and NO heat signature was picked up whilst we watched this figure, but what the thermal imager showed was a cold spot!!
We will be reviewing the thermal footage tonight, and over the next few days will post a `still` shot from the thermal video of this coldspot.
Take a look at our facebook page for more photos.
In April, we be joining Compass and GHI Barry Fitzgerald for an investigation of COLDITZ castle in Germany.

In November, three NPIG investigators, John, Marc and Rob, will be joining GHI investigator Barry Fitzgerald at the D day tunnels in Portsmouth, an event organised by Compass paranormal.
Those that follow us, will be aware that NPIG has many years experience dealing with private houses, but occasionally venture out onto public ghosthunts purely to observe how others deal with suspected claims of paranormal activity.
Where as we normally carry a vast amount of equipment to houses, on a ghost hunt we take a small selection.
We do still have a few dates free for private households needing professional help.

Whilst private clients requiring a professional NPIG investigation have been unusually quiet the past few weeks, the emails coming in via both the facebook page, AND this site are turning up many bogus/false inquiries, which is nothing new, but more than usual.
On another note... the majority of genuine inquiries are easily explained to the client without having to disrupt their homes with massive amounts of equipment and investigators. The sad fact, regarding investigations, are that there are STILL teams out there so deperate to investigate a potential haunted location, they are prepared to disrupt a clients home on the flimsiest of evidence such as `orb` photos. This not only shows lack of experience, but ALSO shows the lack of care to the client ,their home, and feelings.

Interesting but very cold ghost hunt by the NPIG team in a Norwich woods. The claim of a WW2 pilot being seen dates back many years, and one car driver recently swerved to miss this figure whilst driving along the road that runs by the wood.
Investigating any outside area brings many problems thanks to mother Nature. We ran two nightshot video cameras, took countless random photos and used the thermal imaging camera. Although nothing was experienced on the night, there is a lot of evidence review to be carried out. The mist on the right in the first photo apeared and faded in the second photo. Breath has been ruled out as photos were taken from waist height, and breath would flow, but this mist didnt move, just faded away.

Interesting investigation at the Harwich Redoubt on Sat the 16th. Although inside temps were 6c it felt more like -6c mainly due to the damp brick walls.
We only took a few bits of equipment, things we felt were needed to conduct an investigation.
Lead investigator Marc did a thermal sweep at the start of the investigation, so we had a good idea of where cold spots were blowing, whilst Tech manager Rob controlled the night vision cameras. Because of the extreme coldness of the fort, the thermal imaging camera was changed to B/W setting as the normal HC rainbow struggled to show cold areas.
Despite an unexplained footstep in a closed off room ( also reported by a TEAMGREEN investigator on a seperate vigil ) nothing that could be explained as paranormal happened.

This Saturday the 16th of March, see`s NPIG joining TeamGreen at the Harwich Redoubt in Essex for a `light` joint investigation.
We have worked with Tony and TeamGreen before at the Redoubt. This is another example of two different teams working together instead of `bitching` about each other, as many teams seem to do on facebook.
Its great for us to get out to large venues now and again, as we spend most of our time dealing with families in their homes.

The new year has been busy for NPIG, mainly with enquiries of various paranormal claims, many which can be easily sorted with a chat to the client.
We have, and always will, deal with any kind of paranormal situation, no matter how bad the client feels it is. One situation that often turns up, is when a client has brought in a medium, and has been told things BY the medium, that has not helped the situation. Our advice to anyone experiencing ANYTHING paranormal is to...
1... Talk to a reputable investigation team, as what YOU believe to be paranormal, may not be, and a good team will be able to help you, and point you in the right direction for the help you need.
2...REMEMBER.... the chances of anything being paranormal are extremely rare, so try not to worry.
